Is my renewal guaranteed if I file my taxes?
While filing your taxes is the first step, you still need to meet the eligibility criteria, including having an adjusted family net income of less than $90,000 and not having access to other private dental insurance.
What if my income changed this year?
The CDCP uses your most recent tax filing to determine your “co-payment” amount. Depending on your income, the plan may cover 100%, 60%, or 40% of the established CDCP fees. If your income has increased significantly, your co-payment might change, or you may no longer qualify.
Can I use my CDCP coverage at any dentist?
